About Chokoholic
Chokoholic is the independent artisan chocolate business created by self-taught chocolate maker and chocolatier Jamie Wake. Relaunched as a small sideline business, it brings together Jamie’s experience of making chocolate from the cocoa bean and creating handmade truffles, bonbons, filled chocolates, Easter eggs and bespoke pieces from couverture.
Everything is made by hand in small batches, with careful attention paid to flavour, texture and finish. The website showcases both earlier Chokoholic creations and new work produced as the business begins its next chapter.
Products and collections may change according to the season, available ingredients and the time required to make each item properly. Previous creations may not always be available to reproduce, while bespoke requests are considered individually and remain subject to availability.
